I love coming here, to me i think they have more variety of different things in the past couple years than they have before. I like all the people i have met there so far and really help with actual questions. They know about the actual product they sell at their store. Go figure that one. Good job guys. Thanks for everything. Love getting clothes from there as well as the obvious things ☺

I've been an on/off customer of Puff 'N Stuff since around 1994, two shop locations ago. There's always super friendly, knowledgeable folks on staff. A great variety of product. Lifetime customer here. I'll add that they've been awesome to deal with during these strange times by having mail order. I can still support my favorite local shop while I'm barred from entering their store in person. Thanks! Keep it up.

Friendly dude there was helpful and kind. Simple but effective. I bought a local blown glass pipe, phenomenal. Good prices. Little smaller than the one on Queen street, but no less options. A must visit in Lancaster, and an easy 5 stars.....

The dudes who work there are super nice and friendly. I've been there a lot and haven't seen a girl working there but if one did, I'm sure she'd be nice too lol. They're not a vape shop but I'm pretty sure they do have disposables. The prices are pretty good for what I go there for.

Easy to find, parked right out front. Nice easy to talk to staff. Knowledgeable, helpful, good prices, beats the crap outta Condoms Galore or Primal. Not all high end pieces but not all crap glass either. Right next to Grub and Stuff so go high and enjoy.

I’m the annoying customer they have signs about. I have vision problems and I navigate by smell. When I reported there was definitely natural gas, the attendant reported it immediately. When I called back later, (it could’ve been phone distortion) it was a different voice, so I’m hoping after they actually did something they let him go home for fume exposure. Five star business. I only called back because other places have ignored my cries and I was right. Thanks for listening guys!
